Montana State Drill Team Association
The Montana State Drill
Team Association was formed in 1991 as a result of
a defined need for organization
and assistance at Montana State Drill
Competitions, a way to
bring the various drill teams in Montana together,
and as a neutral resource
for information and regulations relating to
Montana drill.
Prior to its formation, there was no such governing
authority in Montana.
State Competitions were attended by a loose knit group of
ladies equestrian drill
teams from around the state of Montana. With the much
appreciated help of Gail
Williams and the WLRCA, the Montana State Drill Team Association was born.
